#  Where is Le Débarcadère Apparthotel located?

Le Débarcadère Apparthotel is located in St-Sulpice, directly on the shores of Lake Geneva, close to Lausanne, EPFL, the University of Lausanne, IMD and the SwissTech Convention Center. 

#  What types of accommodation are available?

The residence offers furnished studios, suites, one-bedroom apartments and lofts for short or long stays. 

#  Do the accommodations have lake views?

Most studios, suites, apartments and lofts enjoy views over Lake Geneva. Many also feature a balcony or terrace. 

#  Are the apartments equipped for cooking?

Yes. Each accommodation includes an equipped kitchenette with cooking plates, microwave oven with grill, refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchen utensils and tableware. 

#  Is the Apparthotel close to EPFL and the University of Lausanne?

Yes. The EPFL and UNIL campus can be reached within a few minutes by bus, bicycle or car. 

#  Is parking available on site?

Yes. Private parking spaces are available for guests. 

#  Are public transport connections nearby?

Yes. Public transport is located approximately 100 metres from the residence. 

#  Do the accommodations include internet access?

Yes. All accommodations include high-speed wifi access and television. 

#  Is housekeeping included?

Yes. Cleaning service and linen change are provided every 15 days, with additional service available on request. 

# Is it possible to stay for several months?

Yes. Accommodations are available by the night, week or month. 

# Does the residence have a lift?

No. This two-storey serviced residence does not have a lift.

Yes. The accommodations are described as quiet and bright, suitable for both business stays and holidays.

Depending on the accommodation type, guests may find a double bed or twin beds, lounge area, dining space, desk, private bathroom, large wardrobe or dressing area.

Yes. An independent restaurant with a terrace is located on the ground floor of the residence. 

# What places can easily be reached from the Apparthotel?

From St-Sulpice, guests can quickly reach Lausanne, Morges, Préverenges, Montreux, Chillon Castle, lakeside beaches and promenades as well as the Swiss Alps. 

# Can guests access the lakeside promenade directly from the residence?

Yes. The residence offers direct step-free access to the lakeside promenade and the public garden. 

# Are all accommodations decorated in the same style?

No. Each studio, suite and apartment has been individually furnished with a variety of styles combining contemporary design, classic furniture, Art Nouveau influences and decorative elements inspired by the history of the property. 

# What should I do if my desired dates are not available online?

The website indicates that guests can contact the residence directly if the desired period cannot be booked online.
