Long stay at Débarcadère à 1025 St-Sulpice

Is designated as Le Débarcadère, the management company, Marie-Louise Immobilier SA in Lausanne,
Is designated as the guest, the person, company or corporation which has listed his contact information here above.

A stay of 1 month or more in the service apartment house Le Débarcadère in 1025 St-Sulpice is considered as a long stay.

The accommodation includes furniture in perfect condition, 2 sets of bed linen (4 pillows, 2 quilt covers, 2 under sheets ), 4 large towels, 4 small towels, 2 bathmat, hairdryer, cookware, dishes and glasses for 4 people, a pan, a stove, a rack, a knife, wooden set, a kettle and an Italian coffee maker ;2 keys for the entry of the building and the apartment or studio.

The price covers all costs of the stay including charges (heating, water, electricity, taxes), Wi-Fi and TV.

The cleaning and change of bed linen and towels will be done twice month-

The guest can park his vehicle in the rear of Le Débarcadère subject to availability and under his own responsibility.

The stay begins between 3:00 and 7:00 pm the first day and ends at 11 :00 am the last day indicated on the booking form.

Payment: The price for the first month has to be paid in advance on booking.
The payment of the next months or part of the month has to be paid each month 5 days minimum prior to the beginning of the next period. The payment will be made by credit card following the links sent by Le Débarcadère or by wire transfer on the bank account of Banque Raiffeisen Assens-Talent, 1376 Goumoens-la-Ville, SWIFT-BIC RAIFCH 22 403, IBAN CH48 8080 8004 3493 1172 1, under the name Marie-Louise Immobilier SA in Lausanne.

Security deposit: a security deposit equals the price of one month stay is required upon delivery of the keys by credit card or cash. It is also payable in advance by wire transfer on the bank account mentioned above. This amont will be refund at the end of the stay upon return of the keys, provided payment of the totality of the agreed price, no damage and no early termination.

Cancellation : A cancellation has to be made using the email indicated in the booking.

If the guest cancels his booking 2 months prior the beginning of the stay or before, Le Débarcadère will pay back the amount paid in advance minus CHF 200.- (reservation fees). If the guest} cancels between 1 and 2 months before the beginning of the stay, Le Débarcadère will pay back the half of the price of the stay. After this deadline, the price of the stay is non-returnable.

If the guest cancels his booking during the stay or is in the event of no-payment within the term for payment agreed upon, Le Debarcadere retains the security deposit up to the amount due.

Liability for damage caused by the guest : Le Débarcadère is allowed to retain from the security deposit the price for the replacement with a new item or the repair of the damage, provided presentation of the invoice.

Le Débarcadère disclaims any liability for any difficulties with the credit card organisations. The booking is made upon confirmation by the payment organisation.

The contract is governed by the law of Switzerland and the jurisdiction is that of St-Sulpice (VD).
